Your Love Never Fails

Nothing can separate
Even if I ran away
Your love never fails
I know I still make mistakes but
You have new mercies for me ev’ryday
Your love never fails

You stay the same through the ages
Your love never changes
There may be pain in the night
But joy comes in the morning
And when the oceans rage
I don’t have to be afraid
Because I know that You love me
Your love never fails

The wind is strong and the water’s deep
But I’m not alone here in these open seas
Your love never fails
The chasm is far too wide
I never thought I’d reach the other side
Your love never fails

You make all things
Work together for my good
You make all things
Work together for my good

two.years.at.crossroads

This Sunday marks my two year anniversary here at CrossRoads. I was hired as an Interim Contemporary Worship Leader…I’m still classified as an Interim Contemporary Worship Leader. I’m thinking I am playing a part in changing the definition of the word INTERIM.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m very grateful for the opportunity I have had here at CrossRoads, and would even love for it to become a permanent assignment, however, that’s just not the case. So I will enjoy my time here and do the very best I can to be effective in leading people into heart-felt worship of our God.

I love the devotional book, Jesus Calling (by Sarah Young). It’s full of encouragement that’s based on the Bible, and written as if Jesus Himself was speaking to you. Today’s reading was especially encouraging to me and where I find myself in this season of life.
