Objective

As worship director, my aim is to lead the church, by example and instruction, into true worship of our Heavenly Father; to facilitate experiences in worship that touch the heart of God and change the lives of people. I am committed to developing a dynamic team of ministers, by identifying, training and developing the God-given gifts of musicians, vocalists, lighting, video & sound technicians. I want to see God’s people drawn closer to Jesus through worship, becoming His fully devoted followers—that they may truly know Him, live for Him and reach out to others in His love.

Passion•Freedom•Encounter

My life mission is three words: passion, freedom, encounter. 1) Passion. I am passionate about worship and I want that passion to be evident as I live life. 2) Freedom. Freedom to express my worship; not only in ways that come natural to me, but freedom to step out of my “comfort zone” and worship Him extravagantly. 3) Encounter. I can help to facilitate an atmosphere where others can have a genuine encounter with the living God.
